What TCO Is

TCO is designed for use inside TarCasso.

TCO is the native utility token for the TarCasso ecosystem. Its purpose is practical participation, not financial exposure.

TCO may be accepted for selected products, campaigns or access features in the TarCasso Shop.

TCO holders may receive early access to limited product batches, founder drops, tasting sets or curated product windows.

What TCO Is Not

TCO does not provide financial rights or return promises.

The following boundaries are essential for the TCO v2 model.

TCO is not

  • Not an investment product
  • Not a security or share in TarCasso
  • Not a claim to TarCasso profits or revenues
  • Not a right to dividends, interest or yield
  • Not a staking-income product
  • Not a buyback or price-support promise

TCO also does not represent

  • Ownership of EVOO, inventory or product reserves
  • A fixed claim to a quantity of olive oil
  • A fixed redemption value in euro or any other currency
  • A promise that TCO will be listed, liquid or tradable
  • A promise that TCO will increase in value
  • A substitute for medical, nutrition, legal or tax advice
TCO may have no market value, limited usability, limited liquidity or no external trading market. Users should not acquire, hold or accept TCO with an expectation of profit.
Shop Utility

TCO shop usage depends on availability and campaign rules.

TCO may be accepted in the TarCasso Shop for selected products, but shop acceptance is not automatic, universal or permanent.

Product availability, checkout rules, accepted payment methods, TCO acceptance rates and campaign-specific conditions may change over time.

TCO utility is linked to TarCasso’s actual ecosystem functions. It should not be understood as a fixed product entitlement unless a separate batch-specific claim or Harvest Pass explicitly says so.
Batches & Claims

Verified Batches are product transparency pages, not financial instruments.

TarCasso may publish Verified Batch pages for curated EVOO or other products. These pages are intended to support customer transparency and product access.

Verified Batches

A Verified Batch page may include producer information, origin, harvest details, laboratory reports where available, QR-linked documentation and TCO access rules.

Harvest Passes

A Harvest Pass or Batch Claim may be used to manage a concrete reservation or redemption right for a specific product batch under specific campaign terms.

  • Batch-specific and quantity-limited
  • Subject to fulfilment and campaign rules
  • May expire or be restricted
  • Separate from general TCO utility
A Harvest Pass or Batch Claim should not be interpreted as a transferable investment product unless explicitly structured, documented and legally assessed as such. TarCasso’s preferred initial model is a controlled shop-based claim.
Rewards Notice

TCO rewards are based on approved activity, not passive income.

TarCasso may use TCO to reward creators, customers, producers, farmers and partners. Rewards are ecosystem incentives, not financial returns.

Creators

Bloggers, writers, reviewers and educators may receive TCO for approved content or cooperation, subject to disclosure and campaign rules.

Customers

Customers may receive TCO for loyalty, referrals, feedback or participation in defined campaigns.

Partners

Producers, farmers and cooperation partners may receive TCO as a bonus or incentive for approved ecosystem contributions.

TCO rewards are not

Responsible longevity communication requires careful language.

TarCasso may discuss EVOO quality, Mediterranean nutrition, polyphenol data and product context. It does not provide medical advice.

Any nutrition or health-related communication should remain evidence-oriented, conservative and aligned with applicable food, advertising and consumer protection rules.

Crypto Asset Risks

Digital tokens involve technical, legal and market risks.

TCO users, holders, recipients and partners should understand that crypto-assets can be complex and risky.

Wallet Risk

Users are responsible for their wallet access, private keys, passwords and transaction approvals. Loss of access may be irreversible.

Technical Risk

Smart contracts, wallets, networks, bridges, plugins and integrations may fail, be exploited, become unavailable or work differently than expected.

Regulatory Risk

Crypto-asset rules may change. TarCasso may need to restrict, modify, pause or discontinue TCO features to comply with applicable law.

Additional risks

Liquidity TCO may have limited or no external liquidity. There may be no market where TCO can be sold.
Price volatility If TCO trades externally, its price may fluctuate significantly or fall to zero.
Availability TCO features may be unavailable in some countries, to some users or during some periods.
Tax Receiving, using or transferring TCO may have tax consequences. Users should seek their own tax advice.
Technology Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Mistaken transfers may not be recoverable.
Creator & Partner Conduct

Rewarded cooperation must be clear, fair and disclosed.

Creators, bloggers, producers, farmers and partners who receive TCO or other benefits must communicate responsibly.

Required conduct

  • Clearly disclose rewarded or sponsored cooperation
  • Use accurate and non-misleading product information
  • Follow applicable advertising and consumer protection rules
  • Respect health and nutrition communication limits
  • Use current TarCasso-approved descriptions where provided
  • Correct inaccurate statements when requested

Not allowed

  • No promotion of TCO as an investment opportunity
  • No promises of token appreciation or future profits
  • No unsupported health or longevity claims
  • No fake reviews, undisclosed sponsorship or misleading testimonials
  • No claim that TCO is guaranteed, risk-free or income-generating
  • No statement that contradicts TarCasso’s official risk notice
TarCasso may withhold, reduce, cancel or reclaim rewards where cooperation rules are breached, content is misleading or required disclosures are missing.
Documentation

Public information may be updated as TCO v2 develops.

The TCO ecosystem is being developed in phases. Website content, utility descriptions, reward models and campaign mechanics may evolve.

Any older TCO materials that described a reserve, asset-backed or investment-style model should be considered superseded by the TCO v2 utility positioning unless expressly republished by TarCasso.
